Meet Lisa Jayne

Prolific Writer. Devoted advocate of love-in action. Sharing the practice of trusting life rather than fear, with women ready to step fully into their innate, unshakeable knowing.

Hi!

If you’re meeting me for the first time, you might be interested to know my top 3 personal values are freedom, truth and self-love; that my greatest dream is to flip the current paradigm of relationship, from foundations based on fear (and need) into a living presence of connection.

I believe, living from what’s most true for us (and dropping all the ways we hold back and act from fear) is crucial for our evolution. You might be feeling this too - that the old way of learning more, striving harder, is becoming harder to do.

Everyday for me is a practice of living from my inner standing, firmly connected to my inner knowing: without this, I could not have done the things I’ve done - like represent myself in the Supreme Court of NSW. Every single one of us has this place within us, it’s just that most of us have been taught to stay fixated in our head instead.

My work is different. My process returns women to the intelligence they already carry: the kind that creates real change not just understanding.

I DIDN’T ARRIVE AT MY METHOD THROUGH THEORY.

I'm a mother of four. I rebuilt my life after two long-term relationships were profoundly impacted by addiction. I know what it means to lose yourself inside a relationship that was never going to produce what you needed, no matter how hard you tried, no matter how much you loved. I know what it costs to stay inside a dynamic that isn't working and I know what becomes possible when you finally step outside it.

I also watched my mother spend years inside a coercive relationship that cost her everything. When she died, I found myself alone in a courtroom, representing myself, advocating for what was right. These experiences gave me an unshakeable understanding of what it costs a woman to abandon herself and deny what feels true in her heart, to keep the peace.

I’ve completed two degrees, innumerable certificates and other qualifications - none of which have given me the ACTUAL capacity for reconnecting women with their true nature. It’s been my lived experience alongside twenty years across private practice, corporate organisations and group programs that has refined my process. I walk this talk, everyday, putting into practice the actions we, as busy women, can take to remain centered in our most loving, most discerning presence.

Awake, my dear. Be kind to your sleeping heart. Take it out into the vast fields of light and let it breathe.
